I threw a bottle in the ocean

Though you are so far from me, words cannot express what you mean to me. The love we had shared, the passion, the pain, the reasons for being with each other, the world could not touch us. We were unstoppable, unbreakable, nothing could tear us apart. 

I fell for you, the words you spoke in my ears, how they sounded in my mind. Your touch sending shivers up and down my spine, the long lasting love that I never could find. You came when I could not have you, for I am with another, but the reason I am smiling everyday, is because you became that significant other. 

That one, that I so long to share. That one I could no longer bare to be without. I came into your arms because you said you cared, and when I found out how much, I can no longer bear it. I would love to be with you, to hold you in my arms, to have you kiss me and tell me you want me no matter how far. 

When I left you that night, tears streamed my face. I knew I had to come back to reality, back to this place. I threw a bottle into the ocean, I hope it gets to you, though it may never, I will always love you. Think of me today, tomorrow and forever, because you will always be on my mind, when you are all that matters. 

I miss you truly, and though he is right here. He can tell I am not happy and that brings me to tears. I know that I love him, but not as I love you. You are my everything, and he knows that it is true. He does love me, but for a while we have not been on good terms, he has been thinking of leaving me for someone stronger, more willing to learn. 

So when I met you, you opened up my eyes, to see that maybe someone does love me, every time you looked into my eyes. What I would not do to come back to you. I hope to see you soon. You said you would come for me. I hope you do soon. It would be nice to have someone in my arms that I love, and for them to be you, that is far more than enough. Do not forget to bring your little one, only two years of age. That little boy has a great father, a father with an amazing gaze. Come home to me soon, I will never forget you. I love you so much….so I tried to reach you.

Some of you may think that I am a complete fool. That the bottle will never reach him, nor will it matter. But I sent that bottle in the ocean and I do not care what happens.
